  • Is it safe to use a Product after expiration date?
    We do not recommend using any products past their expiration dates. The stability testing done to determine the product expiration date does not reveal what the product safety or efficacy would be past the expiration date or how long after the expiration date the product would remain effective.
  • Can I use the Product while I am pregnant or nursing?
    Check with your physician regarding any topical products you wish to use during pregnancy or while you are nursing.
  • How can I tell the expiration date of my product?
    All our products contain a symbol on the bottle/jar that notes how long you can use it once opened. Look for the open jar symbol with a number – this number indicates how many months the product should be used after opening.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing and shipping of all orders.
  • Does potions of gardens ship to P.O box?
    Yes, orders requesting to be shipped to an PO Box will ship via AIR PRIORITY. Only within the Domestic United States. We don't ship to forwarding addresses for hotels.
  • Is potions of gardens good for all skin type?
    Our products work for all skin type from ages 14 and up.
  • What to expect?
    It takes 3 to 4 months to know if a skincare routine is working, but there are some early tell-tale signs to look for. Skin that is healthy and not irritated by any products should be free of itchiness and pain it takes about 28 days for skin cells to turn over, which means that almost all products require at least one month of use before you’ll see results. But for a closer look at the most commonly used essentials, note each waiting period below.
  • I think I'm experiencing a bad reaction to your Product what should I do?
    Stop using immediately. Everyone responds differently while using our products. You should immediately call your physician to talk about what you are experiencing, and please report the adverse reaction by emailing us at contact@potionsofgardens.com
  • I have allergies to certain ingredients, please help!
    While potions of gardens cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment, you can find the full ingredient list for each product in the 'ingredients' section of every potions of gardens product page.
